How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Our Return Policies:
While we hope this won’t be the case, if you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it, we’re happy to provide you with a replacement in the case of damage or a refund (less shipping charges) in all other cases provided your order is returned in the condition it was received.
Please note that we do not accept returns on fabric, flatware, furniture, original works of art or custom orders unless an item arrives damaged. Due to COVID-19, we can no longer accept returns on dinnerware or glassware as a matter of safety. If an item is marked down during a sale or special promotion at the time of purchase, these items will also be exempt from returns and/or refunds.
Are there any charges for return?
We do not charge for returns however original shipping charges are non refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the refund has been processed or in the rare circumstance that there is a problem with your return.
