Cancellations
We process orders within 24 hours of when they are received between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. Depending on the timing of your order and when our fulfillment team begins packing your order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you do wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@fetehome.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Returns
While we hope this won’t be the case, if you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it, we’re happy to provide you with a replacement in the case of damage or a refund (less shipping charges) in all other cases provided your order is returned in perfect condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide store credit on fabric, flatware, furniture, original works of art or custom orders unless an item arrives damaged. Additionally, if an item is marked down during a sale or special promotion at the time of purchase, these items will also be exempt from returns and/or refunds.
To return an item, please use the following link to our Returns & Replacements Request Form and provide the requested information.
Please allow three (3) business days for our customer service team to respond to your request. Please remember that returns and replacements will not be honored after 30 days of an order’s delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For items that are in stock, please allow three business days for order processing.
Once an order is processed, it will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday and can take from one to five days to arrive at your location from date of shipment. We’d love to be able to control the weather but unfortunately cannot be responsible for delays due to snow, volatile weather or other unforeseen acts of Mother Nature.
We do not offer overnight or expedited delivery at this time however if this is something you are interested in please email us at info@fetehome.com.
We encourage you to use the “Order Status” button contained in your order confirmation email. When you click this button you will see whether your order is in processing, has shipped or has been delivered.
