While we hope this won’t be the case, if you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it, we’re happy to provide you with a replacement in the case of damage or a refund (less shipping charges) in all other cases provided your order is returned in the condition it was received.
Please note that we do not accept returns on fabric, flatware, furniture, original works of art or custom orders unless an item arrives damaged. Due to COVID-19, we can no longer accept returns on dinnerware or glassware as a matter of safety. If an item is marked down during a sale or special promotion at the time of purchase, these items will also be exempt from returns and/or refunds.

Please allow one to two business days for us to respond to your request and provide you with instructions. Please remember that returns and replacements will not be honored after 30 days of an order’s delivery date.
